The joys and benefits of living at Ridgehaven

Ridgehaven offers a comfortable, stress-free and enjoyable lifestyle in a cosy, home-like environment, giving security and peace of mind. Our aim is to support the person to live their life as independently as possible and in the way they wish to live it.

Living at Ridgehaven can easily be compared to living in a very comfortable motel with all the perks. We invite eligible persons to move to Ridgehaven and enjoy all that we offer:

* Airconditioned private room with en-suite, no sharing.

* Regular cleaning of room, changing of sheets and laundering of personal clothes.

* We take care of all repairs, maintenance, weeding, mowing and watering.

* All meals are prepared and cooked in our own kitchen using fresh ingredients.

* Meals include breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, evening meal, early evening snack and, if           you like, a cuppa of your choice before breakfast.

* Weekly GP clinic at Ridgehaven, no need to wait at the surgery.

* Local pharmacy delivers all medications and takes care of scripts.

* Nurses on-site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to provide assistance and support when needed.

* Friendly, compassionate, professional and well-trained staff to take care of all your needs.

* Continued community connection through activities, outings and visits by volunteers.

* Variety of regular activities such as exercise class, card games, music, live entertainment, board                       games, indoor bowls, bingo and arts/crafts. Bus trips around the district and further afield.

* Read a book from our library, wander around the gardens or enjoy a chat with other residents and                 staff.

* No restrictions on your movements. Just let us know when you are going out and when you will be                 back. If you wish, we can keep a meal aside for you when you return.
